Tailor-made care, support and companionship at home

Tailor-made care, support and companionship at home

Our home care services offer compassionate care and support within the comfort of your home. From just an hour or two a day to round-the-clock ‘live in’ care, our friendly staff will support you in all elements of your daily routine – so you can live comfortably and independently. And, in the case of an emergency, you can rely on Hill Medicare to offer a helping hand at the last minute.

Why home care?

Home care – also known as domiciliary care – continues to be a popular option for those wishing to retain some independence and control over their lives. We will work with you and your loved ones to design a care package that meets your needs, fits in with your daily routines and ensures you live life as fully as possible. Our Carers can provide a vital link to the local community so you don’t feel isolated or alone. And we will always consider your personal interests and/or cultural needs when matching you with a Carer.

Care At Home

As we age, performing some everyday tasks and routines may begin to pose a challenge. If you are finding that you can carry out some activities independently, but have trouble with others, then domiciliary care could be for you. Our domiciliary care service offers highly skilled, dedicated care staff to older people, and adults / children with complex health needs, within their own homes. From a minimum of 30 minutes to several hours a day, our Carers will support you with a range of tasks

Live-In Care Services

If you need 24-hour care and would prefer to remain in your own home, retaining your independence, then our Live-In Care Service is for you. Many older people choose this option when their relatives live far away, they have complex health needs that require specialist care, or they would simply like the assurance of having someone to provide support 24/7.

Royal Able care’s live-in carers are fully trained to support older people, adults and children with complex health needs such as learning disabilities, Asperger’s, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s and other long-term conditions.

Respite Care Service

Being a full-time carer of an older person, or an adult with complex health needs, can be both challenging and rewarding. There may be times when you need to take a rest from this role but you may be worried about whether your loved one will receive the same level of care that you give each and every day.

With Royal Able Care, you can rest assured that our team of fully trained Carers will step in and give you the chance to have a well-earned rest – knowing that the high standards of care that you provide will be maintained.
